These images are of the south elevation looking from Delaware street. The upper section of glass is a fixed full view aluminum clad garage door unit.
Below the fixed unit is full view operable aluminum garage door powered by a ZAP (http://www.zap-uk.com/site) motor. The motor is amazing! We can't believe how powerful, yet quiet, it is. The garage door opens the dining room up to the southern patio and brings the outside in. I'm sure the new owners will be in the market for a motorized screen.
We formed and poured the patios and developed all our underground drainage systems. The grating material for all our patio drains is recycled hog grate that we bought from a salvage yard in Topeka. The dry stack stone wall was built by Karl Ramberg and crew.
